We cater to those individuals and companies that require one-on-one claims consulting and the strident advocacy that 30+ years of adjusting claims on behalf of policy holders brings.

Fighting for Policyholders – Maximizing Your Insurance Claims

When disaster strikes, you deserve an advocate who fights for you—not the insurance company. At MLG Public Adjusting, we bring over 30 years of expertise to ensure policyholders receive the full and fair compensation they are entitled to.
MLG Public Adjusting was founded to be a boutique public adjusting firm catering to those individuals and companies that require one-on-one claims consulting and the strident advocacy that 30+ years of adjusting claims on behalf of policy holders brings.
We can help you navigate the maze of policy language and nuances that only experience can bring.
From start to finish, we: Evaluate Your Policy, Assess the Damage, Negotiate with Your Carrier and Maximize Your Settlement

Your Trusted Public Adjuster

Navigating an insurance claim can be overwhelming. With complex policies, fine print, and adjusters working for the carrier, it’s easy to feel lost. That’s where we come in.

At MLG Public Adjusting, we represent you—the policyholder—against the insurance companies to negotiate, maximize, and expedite your claim. Whether it’s damage from fire, water, storms, or other disasters, we ensure you get every dollar you deserve.

Meet Matthew Goldstein

Matthew Goldstein, founder and CEO of MLG Public Adjusting has over 30 years of experience handling claims on behalf of policy holders. Matthew is certified as a Senior Professional Public Adjuster (SPPA) by the National Association of Public Adjusters (NAPIA), the highest honor/designation available to a public adjuster in the United States.

Matthew began his journey into the world of public adjusting when he went to work for The Greenspan Company/Adjusters International in 1988 as a summer intern while still attending the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. After graduating college, he began his career at Greenspan in 1991 as an inventory specialist and quickly earned his public adjuster license in 1994. During his tenure with Greenspan, he handled claims for hundreds of clients, including those affected by the Northridge Earthquake in San Fernando Valley, the Los Angeles Riots, Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, Louisiana, and Hurricane Ike in Houston, Texas. Matthew’s assertive personality and ability to effectively resolve claims makes him a top choice for many insureds seeking representation across the nation.

Never being shy to challenge himself, Matthew decided after 30 years in the corporate atmosphere of a large adjusting firm to open his own boutique firm catering to a select clientele who would appreciate the personal connection Matthew can provide during the adjustment process. By being selective in what business he takes on, Matthew can dedicate his attention to each individual client and strive to give them his undivided attention throughout the claim’s process.

In his spare time, Matthew can be found on the golf course working on improving his game, collecting vinyl records with his son or wine tasting with is daughter.
